Z+F Inc. leads the market with the new Imager 5006 laser scanner, which has an unprecedented 1 mm accuracy and ultra high density 360 degree data capture rate of 500,000 measurements points per second. The laser scan images have a "photo-realistic" visual quality. It is the worlds first stand alone scanner, is compact and light weight, and can be easily controlled via wireless link. The two portable cases (one for the laser scanner head and one for the batteries and accessories) and tripod can easily fit in the trunk of a small car.
